High-Sheer Mixer (Homogenzier)
The useful capacity is 1000L and the full capacity is 1300L. It is vertical cylindrical type, 4 supporting legs, with jacket heating and insulation covering the tank body and the bottom head. The contact parts are made of SS316L and the non-contact parts are made of SS304. It is equipped with a Ø400mm manhole and two spray balls on the top, c/w a discharge port on the bottom with sanitary clamp. It is equipped with a top agitator with the SEW motor reducer, horizontal type. It is also equipped with a bottom homogenizer, rotor/stator type. Both the inside and the outside finish is fine polishing, reaching sanitary grade.
The bottom homogenizer features high-sheer mixing. The agitator is the anchor type with a pair of paddles welded in between.
